Despite some minor bizarre installation issues, easy to work around, the game is running fine (see tech forum)for me.
Anyway,I am LOVING this game. Great story, marvelous voice acting, stunningly beautiful and haunting environs, wonderful music track...puzzles that actually enhance the gameplay (imagine that!)...I am not very far into the game (just finished the 4 angels puzzles to get into the mausaleum),but I am incredibly impressed by this effort. What a gorgeous, fun game...get it NOW if you are looking for a great gaming experience.
What the heck would we adventure nuts do without The Adventure Company or Gameboomers,I ask you?

I'm with you on that, rob. This is an outstanding game in every respect.

I'm loving it too robedits!. I'm not that far into the game but so far it has a nice mix of inventory & well integrated 'puzzle' puzzles, nice graphics & engaging characters & storyline. It's looking like a winner! smile

wave Hi, all! Ok...ignorance showing here... lol Apparently, this is a downloadable game. That's fine, but if my system crashes (and at some point, it usually does...) do I lose this game?

Darlene,

You can buy the boxed CD's released by TAC or by Focus. Or you can download it from Frogwares.

If you crash, you can write to the place you downloaded it from and usually they will send you another code to download it again - with proof of purchase.

If you want to discuss the ending, please make a new thread specifically for that. It is too hard otherwise.
