Hi, I found my character. I had to reload and there he was. I was invisable on screen but the monsters apparently saw me anyway. Still looking for Toadstools. Found some interesting weapons but my guy says he cant use them,,dont know why, his stats are good enough for them. Also the game still crashes on me. About every half hour, something to do with the dx9. Does anyone know how large the game is? How many quests there are? Its a fun game even with the bugs

catsmom- The game only crashed on mine when one of the trainer numbers was corrupt, so the company took the one section off, now it does not crash. I notice he does seem to want to stall at times, so I tend to think there are a couple of bugs in it. I am going back into the cemetary today, did not do much yesterday. I too would love to know if anyone knows how long the game is, I hope it is very long. I still like the game very much and basically easy to use. maggie oldman- Are you saying as I think that in order to use different things from the book we have to start another game? I am really enjoying the game alot. thanks Maggie

Is there any way to heal in this game except using potions? You only start off with 2, I found 2, but have already used 2. I thought that maybe health would slowly fill in or that you could rest. Do you have to die to heal? The game froze on me when I tried to exit and I had to Ctrl Alt Del to get out. I guess that there aren't any patches yet. Hope it doesn't happen too often.
I found out the runestones rebuild health.

catsmom- oldman- Are you saying as I think that in order to use different things from the book we have to start another game? I am really enjoying the game alot. thanks Maggie That's correct Maggie. When you start out you pick two paths and you stay with them. I originally started out as a Battle Mage and then decided to change and started a new game with Path of the Villain and Path of Magic and the game calls me an Illusionist. I get to use two swords this way. I've made it to the Oasis of Thieves now and think I'll hang up my swords for a while.

catsmom- I found the toadstools, in the high mountains with the orcs, easy to find. By the way I have no trouble saving, I hit esc, then save and then save and exit and it takes me to menu and I exit. I come back each time where I left off. Good Luck Hunting..... maggie

catsmom- Glad I could help you. I really like the game. gremlin, have you noticed how many hours so far you have taken to get to that point? I would think for the money we paid that this should be as long as Titan Quest, I would like an expansion pack, think they are great, I am still near the town and finished the Orcs, now have to do the Dwarves. Thanks

Hi Maggie, I like the game too. Is Titans quest just like this one? Would like to get it if it is. Found a big glich in the game. If you keep doing the messenger quest it keeps giving you over 3000 experience points. Ive done it enough to raise my level to 23 now.

catsmom- What messenger quest, I have probably done it and forgot it. I have been transported to the desert, does anyone know which direction I go after being transported??? catsmom- I think you would love Titan Quest, it is good and long, but not boring, if you get it patch it to 1.30. And there is a great expansion pack called Titan Quest Immortal Throne, I think you can buy the two in one pack now, I think it is called the Gold Edition. Good Luck maggie :summer:

Maggie are you in the Western Desert? If so you need to go East then South to The Oaisis of Thieves. I've made it to the fishing village, but no one is there. The messenger quest was right by the Toadstool lady, the man had you take a message to the General Dwarf.

Hi Maggie, you get the egg after you beat a big Purple bug..he is mean so watch out. The messenger quest, when you deliver the message you get experience points. I need at least 15000 more to get to the next level. So if I do this quest at least 5 more times my level gets raised and I wont have to fight for them. Good luck in getting the Red Ruby

I'm having a tough time with this game. There don't appear to be too many health potions and no way to regain your health without them. Maybe I'm going about it the wrong way. What was the first place you went to after the monastery? I took the road and saved the little boy in the cave, but when I tried to go find Ramus or tried to get to the next town, I died way way too many times. Should I just keep revisiting the goblin camps until I level up a lot?

Fildil, I've been scanning through this thread but haven't found any way to get health other than potions.
