Hi whistler, Do you have the note in your inventory with the partial code, and have you examined it? Switch on your flashlight if you haven't already. Are you able to see the button panel clearly to enter the code? If not, double check that you are at the correct door. From memory I believe the numbers on this panel run from bottom to top rather than the usual top to bottom, so also check that you're punching in the correct sequence.

Ah ok, that door. So you should press:
G x 1 time O x 3 L x 3 I x 3 A x 1 T x 1 H x 2
If that doesn't work for you, check the walkthrough from the beginning of the flashback to make sure that you have carried out all actions which will enable you to progress.
