I will be very pleased if it is NOT we think it is and someone that we would never suspect of being the killer. But hopefully who the killer was will be supported by the clues we found in Still Life. I hope that the facts we had in SL 1 will make sense and explain who the killer was.

Well of course anybody could be the guilty party. Could even be some one who we've never seen before. I hope they don't go that way though.

Why do you all think it was just one person doing the killing?

@nickie

I have read this through some threads and you got a point there! To tell you the truth the story will have more plausibility if it based on what you just have written in your spoiler. (in my point of view).

I have just finished this game, and my thought was either the boss or her partner. I think it has to be someone in the police, because how the heck did the killer manage to break into the morgue and walk out again without getting caught, and without a keycard or PIN number?

As i said in a previous post of mine i will be very glad if the murderer is one who did not cross our mind, someone who we would never think of but based on the evidence we found in SL 1 it would still make sense and the facts will be able to prove that it was indeed him/her. My personal opinion still stands that it was

Sorry! I didn't know that that was a forbidden word, and could not think of a suitable euphemism to use instead!

Incidentally - I got myself into trouble once before, in my "self-censorship" in using a slightly questionable word, but still trying to sound reasonably polite. How does one express yourself, otherwise duh - I mean I thought of in this case, of calling him a "not a very nice person"; but that does not really express it in the same way, does it? blush think

Anyway, I do apologise if I inadvertently broke any of the site rules, I truly did not realise that that was a normally censored word, which is why I tried to censor it a bit myself. oops redface

I agree with

theory. If it is someone else, how would you explain

. Or, maybe,

he is a descendant of the killer and someone else is a copycat and trying to frame him.

Truthfully, an illegitimate child has no real meaning in this case anyways. I can think of plenty of more appropriate words to describe a disdainful person such as: wretched, vile, lowlife, wicked, evil, contemptible etc. Much better choices for the board please and thank you.

My intention is not to be argumentative here - and I already did apologise, but to be quite honest, none of the following,: wretched, vile, lowlife, wicked, evil, contemptible really describes at all what I was trying to convey.

I was more trying to convey the idea of someone who is a hard-baked, spiteful person; and in any case the words you have mentioned are all adjectives, not nouns. I was looking for a noun, and although the original derogatory meaning that illegitimacy carried in the Middle Ages, where this term started being used in a derogatory sense, has in the current social context of today changed meaning to a different, albeit still derogatory context.

I will agree with you that it is not a very polite word, and I should maybe have taken more time to try and think of a more suitable word. As it seems the word was still offensive even after my attempt to put it euphemistically, I have already apologised for that, and apologise again.

I have in any case learnt my lesson with trying to self-censor words, as it only leads to the possibility of accidental censorship evasion, which I stress once again, had not been my intention.

We forgive you moondancer smile

Check your PM.

Yeah, still life is a great game! (so you won't say this messege is off topic)

There's definitely definitely definitely no logic to human behaviour.
