I bought it today too. After taking off in the capsule in the demo I definitely want to see where I'll end up ...

probably i could send walkthroug for this game. Problem is that translation is not very good and i have no time for editing it.

2Becky: i haven't seen russian one. =) It's brief walktrough in English. Was made for our needs.
EDIT: 2 Volkana: the game is not horror one. it's just a a dark environment. No zombies in the dark corners ))

Hi Pinky -- There are a number of GameBoomers playing this game now -- and many are stuck and have posted in the Hints forum. If you stopped by there and could help them get "unstuck," I'm sure they would be very appreciative!

I found this game to be very hard on my eyes unless one disables transitions and camera swinging.
I am half way through (I guess), I like horror games but this one has, up to now, not deliver that feeling at all, it is gloomy and has the kind of puzzles I considered excellent when playing Myst I but they seem outdated now.
I enjoy esoteric plots and in this sense it may still be very good.
I'll post my impressions once I finish the game.

I guess I was expecting something different, some parallel worlds but in a way beautiful, maybe because of the word shimmering. English is not my first language and somehow my mind had not the completely correct image even when it had the correct definition. I don't mind gloomy or shocking scenes as long as they "belong" to the plot. I have not got the full taste yet I guess. Apparently I have not identified with the guy in his adventure. However I said about the story that I enjoy esoteric plots and in this sense it may still be very good.

For those who haven't seen it there's a walkthrough for the game available written by who else but our fantastic Queen of Walkthroughs. Thanks again MaG for all the great work that you do for us both through the walkthroughs and keeping GB the great site that it is.
Warm Regards,
Barry

Gamespot is not a good radar for adventure games. I would never put any weight on their scores for this genre. Ana

Hi Ana. Don't mind to highjack the thread, but I couldn't resist putting in my two cents. I don't understand WHY Gamespot reviews Adventure games, when obviously they are more geared towards action games. If they're going to judge an adventure game as it compares to an action one, then they'll never give a fair review to an adventure game. Sometimes I feel like writing to them and asking why they do this. sigh.... Cat

I posted this in Hints ad Helps, MaG though it would be good to post it here. I finished the game, thanks again MaG. The end justifies many thinks. Something I didn't understand very well The brother apparently was a man when at the same time he was a child. This happens in many families, I know, but the whole time it looks like they were brothers close in age. Maybe I got this last part wrong.

I think this is one of the worst ever for us: motion sickness sufferers. I had the same impression as escakacs, and until I disabled camera swinging it was terrible . The shimmering effect particularly in the desert is not very pleasant (for us) either.

I tried the demo and was I ever disappointed. The graphics were so bad I stopped playing. The mouse controls were awful to. I didn't buy the game. To many other games to buy. Richard
