If you download any games today from BFG you will get our latest game manager version 1.2.
Give it a whirl and see if you can identify all the new fun features, many of which you have been asking for.

Ok. Since no one is tlaking about the features:
1) Fun new sounds
2) Sort by title, status, most recently played, or custom
3) "remember me" login
4) Permanent Pause and resume, even if you shut down your computer
5) Support for multi-GB large file games (before we were restricted to 1.5GB)
6) New "in Progress" tab
7) Shiny new User interface

Let me know what you think?

I really love separating the downloading games from the already installed games. More than that, I love love love the sorting feature. I have a ton of games installed so this makes my life much easier. Great job!

I beta tested this and love it. The pause/resume feature is great and I love that I don't have to enter my email and password every time I redownload a game.

I was downloading the Princess Bride Game and thought I would check the threads here. Thought the download make a little sound and noticed at the same time that BFG-Guy announced a new game manager.

Love the new manager, it sorts it by Purchase Status, which is exactly how I try to keep it sorted. No more trying to drag the game around to keep it separated between what I am trying and I have bought, and alphabetical too! My bought game "Rooms" for some reason was "In Progress" too, and wouldn't get off of it, but I realized I needed to sign in, which I did, and closed the manager, and brought it up again, and Rooms was back where it needed to be. Activated it again without having to sign in again, yea!! Checked the game and lost no progress.

I love the sounds too! Once again, you guys have hit another one out of the ballpark! bravo

Hi All I was offered to beta test this also but couldn't get it to work kept telling me couldn't connect to Big Fish check my internet connection.

I just tried to download a game and the same thing happened. I turned everything off on my McAfee but it still won't work.

Hopefully I'm not done with Big Fish. cry

I'm sure they can help you get it running Lori, if you have a GameClub membership be sure to use the Live chat, that may be the easiest.

BFG-Guy, I had sorted all the games myself so I wouldn't have noticed that but I did notice the fun sounds!

I have just been busy trying to lose weight over at SparkPeople.com and haven't been playing much lately. (A tiny plug for anyone looking to lose weight - SparkPeople is totally free!) But eventually I will get to my goal weight and am eager to return to my game playing!

Hugs,
Linda

Thank you Linda for sharing that sparks page.
wave I went to the site and it is what I was looking for. Also going to try your recipes.
Although sad to say in Ireland I have not found cottage cheese like we have in America. The cottage cheese here is more like sour cream. duh

Confused though what does game playing have to do with losing weight? For me when I play games I can't eat at the same time.

EDIT............................
Oh my gosh I love the new toolbar! Thank you BFG Guy! hearts

I love the new additons also. I am confused as to the point of the "In Progress" tab. Does it really make a difference if it is on the normal tab instead of one all it's own?

I think it keeps it tidier because I know sometimes I download 5 games at once.

Just an update for any that may be having problems with the new game manager. Their downloads don't work through proxy servers. I had to turn mine off and download works perfect.

Ana I went to chat today and waited in line from 15 to 2 for about a half hour and they canceled the session. headscratch
