My game ran perfect with no glitches at all.

My guess as for who tried to kill Leonardo was

Segundo

I do not recall the credits being in German, but it's possible I just didn't notice since I do understand German. think

I was stuck in the game for about 10 days (getting the snuff), yesterday after a few hours of trying, I finally passed that stage. Now in Ch3.
The game just got a lot more fun to play. It was hard to resist looking at the walkthrough, but wow, I did not!

Someone should release a patch to fix the annoying walking sound, and Bruno's real annoying voice.
Overall, a really fun game to play.

Amazing, I was going to start a thread about EXACTLY these subjects. Good thing I always look at the forum history smile

Really? But he wasn't able to leave the abbey. I was going to ask the same question thinking I missed something in the many dialog lines, but apparently the developers simply forgot to explicitly say who the attempted murderer was!? eek

I noticed that they were foreign, German it is then... I think TAC got lazy on this one. They didn't even change the game title inside the game itself to match the box!! Also, they didn't even bother to put in their own logo anywhere inside the game! I think someone at TAC released it too soon. I've never encountered this before when it comes to TAC games.

Yes!! How come no review mentioned it? Some reviews complained about actors reading lines out of context, which is true, but no one complained about the BUGS! I encountered two types - several times the lines appeared in subtitles but weren't spoken, and the other type is that sometimes the spoken line didn't match the subtitled line - in these cases the subtitle line was correct, and the spoken line was from some other part of the game, sometimes by a different character! It didn't happen too often, but often enough... I wonder if it's not a genreal bug but rather something with my copy or system...

Well thinking that might make sense when it comes to MISSING voice lines, but not when it comes to the SWITCHED voice lines...

The voice/subtitles bug has been mentioned in the new AG review:

Quote:
A lesser problem is when the subtitles do not match the voiced material, while on other occasions sentences are uttered from an entirely random conversation, completely ruining the experience.

What happened to Eladio? Did he just abscond in the middle of the night? Towards the end of the game he just disappears and no one can find him.

When Umberto was found dead. Eladio left then.
You can gather what his attitude about life is from early discussion with Leonardo. They were friends during their ounger days but had sdifference in their outlook. Eladio is a rebel.
He and Umberto were partners in crime and he left before they can catch him.
They were blamed for the stolen things.

I thought it might be like that, though I'd have liked to at least know where he was headed, and more about why he'd team up with someone like Umberto.
Do you have any theories about who tried to drop the rock on Leonardo? Do you think that was Thomas? It had to be someone who was able to get out at night.

I don't remember hearing that, though it's possible that my game skipped over the text at that point. It was quite buggy on my computer, often missed voices, and froze 5 or 6 times.
