Where is the potency formula? I do not have it in inventory.

I moved your post from Becky's walkthrough thread and created a new topic for you.

You should have gotten the potency formula when talking to Daphne. Do you recall her having given it to you?

Go inside Daphne house during daytime.
The potency bottle is at the end of the peninsula or shelf at middle of room.
There are pins also on that peninsula - at the middle. Steal those pins.
