I'm having a problem with the display case and the pots. I put the largest pot in there full of potting soil and the light still blinks red. Can anything else fit in there?

This is a randome puzzle.
You have a choice of 3 pots and also how much soil is inside. It can be empty, one scoop or 2 scoops of soil.
You have to play with it.

The way I did it is select a pot: try it empty, then one scoop, then full. If that didn't work - try another pot and so on...

I now have a problem with Jame's mobile phone. I cleaned his I.D. but I can't get a closeup of the numbers. I did try the number in the walkthru and that didn't work. How can I get to see a closeup of jame's I.D.?

First you fix the mobile.
Then talk to the secretary.
Enter any PIN # that you can deduce.
Clean the ID with a swab and read it.

You might have missed a step above.

Got thru the phone and the fuzzy picture on the computer. I'm now in the shop and cannot find the key box. It's supposed to be left of Nicole but I haven't seen anything.

maxcat, if you stand in front of the door and then look to your left, is the key box there? think

No, I even had the cursor and it wasn't lighting on anything. The problem may be that I got the cherries and opened the can and saw money and Nicole took a quarter out. The walkthrough says to put it back down but I'm still carrying it in inventory. Could that be the problem?

If you've managed to take out a coin and close the lid of the can, that should be ok. Replace the can in the same spot if you are able to do so.

The key box is in the centre of the shelves to your left. luck

I haven't been able to put the cherries down in the same spot. The cursor doesn't indicate that it should be put down.

Close the lid and see if you can place the can down on the shelf.

Hi maxcat

I have never replaced the tin on the shelf and I have played through 3 times.

The keybox should be on shelf at left screen as others have advised. From memory you have to zoom in a couple of times on it. It is more like a display case than a box.

Okay, I'm in the Andes at the city of Akakor. I go into the main pyramid after solving puzzle and exit by old passage and it puts me at an airplane. I need some water for the battery and take the road into town only to find myself back at the main pyramid. I can't seem to get to the other pyramids as the exit takes back to the plane. Did I miss something?

Are you able to get back to the vault, maxcat? You took a passageway on the left wall there to get to the plane location. From the vault, I believe the exit back to the main square is at the bottom of your screen.

Once you're at the main square:
Sun Pyramid: Bottom path from the main square.
Small Pyramid: Straight ahead from main square.
Main pyramid: At right of main square.

luck

Gee, if it isn't one thing, it's another.Got water for plane and checked dirty air filter, which is now clean. I click on the propellor but Nicole says she hasn't looked around yet. You know, I was having a problem with the fresco in the main pyramid. I understand there was to be a dialogue of a discussion and I don't get that dialogue. Could this be hanging her up from getting on the plane?

Did you take the funnel from the hole in the vault where the spider came out? You should have clicked on the funnel in your inventory to get the notes, and then right-clicked to read.

Did you also take the watch from the skeleton, and examine it in your inventory?

I knew what it was as soon as I left my note. I forgot to get the jaw bone. Once I had it, I clicked on the propellor and away I went. Finished the game and enjoyed. Thanks to everyone who helped.
