I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right place, but I paid for a download of this game from The Adventure Shop and can't download it, it stops halfway through, we've tried it several times and also e-mailed the company but no response. Has anyone else dealt with this company? Or does someone have any suggestions to get this resolved? Thanks for any help!!
