I went back to my last save game and came through a short sequence again where Nancy almost gets bonked by the urn falling from above. I went to the balcony, took the card, then went back to the bedroom again. Same steps I took before. This time the black gloves appeared with no problem in the amoire drawer. There were only white ones previously, so I must have done something to trigger this.... think

On to the robots....this looks like a ring-tailed-whizzer of a puzzle. smirk

Thanks a lot!

Witchen

Just a comment:
Ick on the robots! LOL scared Very tough puzzle.
I've got the sapphire, but am apparently exiting in the wrong place. I keep going in circles, one floor to the next. Thanks to Rushes response, above, I know now how to get out of the sapphire floor and exit the warehouse, but getting back to the sapphire floor will be fun.. idea

Thanks, Witchen

Hi guys, wave

I'm at the Campo Santa Maria Formosa with the key from the propane tank. I have checked all the extentions on the FAX at
Fango's office, but I still cannot see a wall fountain or a door with a padlock (according to the walkthrough).

Checking all the extentions at the walkthrough means pressing the referenced numbers "1" through "5" to hear about each person's duties? Or is there more to it than that? idea

Thanks a bunch, Witchen

Hi Witchen,

I moved your post to merge with the other postings. kissy

Try the:
#2. Store Locations: then subset #5 Propane storage is in Campo Santa Margherita.

#3. Communications: then subset #4 Shipping and receiving is at the propane storage facility.

Good luck.

I'm sorry to be so dense, but I don't get it.
If I press 1, 2, 4, 5, in order, I get the person
in charge of whatever section. How do you press
a subset to get the store locations and the communications ?

No subsets (like HQ Argon-Building) will appear. I just keep getting the first five destinations (people) over again.
Did I miss something, or?

Thanks, Witchen

When first look close at the fax machine - it states something like: press 1 for personnel, press 2 for store locations, press 3 for communications....

Then press 2 after that automated talk: you will get another list of store locations 1-6:
1. HQ - Argon building.
2. Safe-Secure store - fountain at Campo Santa Formosa.
3. Acquisition partners - Aces, Knights and Kings.
4. Presidential Suites are in Ca' Nascosta.
Press #5. Get a message that Propane storage is in Campo Santa Margherita.
6. All others - check the calendar.
You now know about #5 propane in Campo Santa Margherita.

Pull back out again and this time press 3 for communications.
You will then hear another list 1-4:
1. Presidential communications - sent by box of chocolates to Il Dottore
2. Acquisitions is at temporary meeting spaces; check the card delivered.
3. Security done by chess and follow up checked by Scaramuccia.
Press #4. Hear that Shipping and receiving is at the propane storage facility.
Now you know about the propane storage facility.

Thanks much and hi ya', TLC. lol

Witchen

-----------------Later--------------
Thanks, Mags... Didn't see your message until after I posted
the above. whistle I guess backing out would have worked just as well, but pressing "0" accomplished the goal. LOL bravo

Thanks very much, Witchen

The fountain at Campo Santa Formosa. It is left of the outfit store.
Also be sure that you have checked all the extensions in the fax machine at Fango's office.
