Help! I've collected all items-6 pics, doll, plank, list of renters, fingerprint on window plus exhausted conversation with policeman and I'm unable to exit the door. I've replayed the sequence and even rebooted the game. What left to do?

Have you palced all the evidence in bags?
Have you placed the tape of the fingerprint on paper?

Hi MaG! I have the doll, plank and cotton swab bagged. And fingerprint is taped to piece of paper. Read Corny's previous post - seems like we're having same problem. Hope you can get me thru this so i can move on! Thanks!

Whoa! Frustratingly, I clicked bagged swab on empty paper in inventory and conversation resumed with policeman. I'm now out the door! Just your response was magic! Life is Good!

Hi maryann, the saved game is on its way.

michele, double check that you have taken all items from the middle and right drawers of the desk. Also, did you right-click the list of people renting the room, so as to examine it? Did you check the fusebox in the hall and notice the missing fuses?

Thanks much! I am on my way. Save did it and my son fixed my PC and it no longer freezes.

jorja,

I am stuck here, too. Think that I have done everything that needs to be done. When I go back and try to re-examine things, it says "you have already done this" or something like that, yet I can't exit the building or talk anymore to the cop.

Hi gatsbygirl,

Are you at the beginning of the game in the rehearsal room?

Check that you have 6 photographs, that you have bagged all evidence and attached the fingerprint on tape to a piece of paper.

Also make sure that you have right-clicked all objects & documents in your inventory to examine them closely.

Then try talking to the cop again.

luck, let us know how you get on.

Yes, I am in the rehearsal room at the beginning. I have taken some photos but am not sure how many I have taken. Where are they in the inventory? I have backtracked and tried everything but I still can't advance. Not a great sign if I am just at the beginning and still hopelessly lost...

The photos will still be in your camera - you'll see a number next to the image of the camera in inventory which will tell you how many shots you've taken so far. smile

I have double checked the fuse box and the drawers. Don't know if I have right clicked on everything in my inventory so I will try that.

Thanks

Hi All
I am at the dreaded slider puzzle in the library, I really hate these, I have been on for over 1 hour and I have got it nearly there only to find the last piece is at the opposite end to where is should be, please can someone send me a save to get me past this point, if I continue I think I will end up bald, many thanks from the nearly Homer Simpson style haircut
Cheers

Thanks for your help. I figured out what I was doing wrong and finally got out of the ballet rehearsal room. However, now I can't get the computer to work in her hotel room. I have the hair clip and I have attached the wires to the lamp and clicked and triple clicked on everything but the computer still won't work. According to MaGTRo's walkthrough, I am suppossed to turn the lamp upright and press the switch. When I press the switch the lamp turns over again. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks!
