Is the lamp plugged in at the wall?

I am trying to put air in tube. No can do. She keeps saying "Nicole, think."

Take the tube without air right of the blue compressor.
Turn the compressor on by pressing the green button close to top of the machine.
Attach the tube without air on the compressor pistol.

It will deflate in inventory and then add air again.
Immediately take it and pull back.
Run (double click) to bottom right outside the garage to be at town.
Then run to fountain and place the tire in water.
Use the pen on the tire so that you can mark where the hole is located.

Thanks. But-having tried a dozen times I feel this is hopeless. I get tire in fountain but can't get pen when she mentions marking tire.

Try doing it in inventory and see if that works out.

Did you follow the step by step I sent with the files - renumbering. If so - scroll to the beginning of the load list and see if it is there.

Here I am again. I am in the antic deealer's office...the walkthrough mentions scissors on a desk-table. I have looked and looked and I see no such object.

The table with the scissors is in room to the right of where the books are. The room that you have to go through to get to the garden.
