This reminds me of Freddy Pharkas Frontier Pharmacist.
It's nice to be important but it is much more important to be nice.

THanks L4L, A great read as always! I love Fenimore, this one just doesn't scream "buy me". Thanks Becky! Ana

Familiar graphics, great music, it looked so promising. I managed the timed sequences and a few shootouts but like Becky I cannot complete the game (yet) as the final shootout is more difficult and the controls are not good enough. Don't think I'll ever finish the game without a detailed walkthrough of the last shootout. After such a short game I almost lack the incentive to finish it. I have to say that the earlier shootouts were easier than the shooting gallery in The Westerner, in my opinion. So for me it's a short game with a difficult final sequence, but now I own 3 Fenimore games, I'd certainly buy the next one.

After a long long search I finally obtained 3 Skulls of the Toltecs several years ago and really enjoyed it. Then when Wanted came out I played it right away (was disappointed in the shooting stuff) and now, it seems that this game has more of the things I don't like and less of the things I do like. Oh well...... Sure wish someone (like Al Lowe) was able to redo Freddy Pharkas with modern graphics. I know it's only a dream but it would be awesome.
