I just finished Bird frequency puzzle and accoring to the WT go to the door of the courtyard. You are supposed to go to the window with the panel on the right and turn the switch until the bridge goes up. The bridge does not go up. I thought I would try to continue on, but bridge switch 2 does not go up either. Does anyone know what I missed doing as to not make the bridges go up. Help!!!!

I hope you went to the correct place. Check here for the map..

See the steps at the center, you need to go forward (right in the map) until the stand. You climb the metal ladder that is attached to the wall to get there. There are 2 ladders until the end.

Try turning the switch again,

Yes, I went to the correct place forward up the two ladders to the end to the window. I tried it again from a saved point right after the Bird frequency puzzle. I clicked the switch all the way around from blue dot to blue dot and there was no movement of the bridge through the window. Looking out the window, I can see a bridge. But it does not move up or down.

Are you giving it time to do something on each of the red dots?
You need to know what red dot is the active one.

Just to verify - this is an example of the panel you are working on here.

The picture of that panel is for Bridge Switch 2 accessed after solving the B > G < G > Y puzzle - - - It did not raise or lower any bridge. The panel for Bridge Switch 1 has a triangle with the point on the top and it is on page 21 of your instructions (after getting Leaf E) - - Anyway neither Bridge Switch 1 nor 2 raise or lower any bridges. ???

Yes - that picture was an example of what you should see - a switch and a glass window to look through.
The bridge should appear in that window.
Actually the first one should already show a bridge when you look through the window.

Hmm. There is no trigger for this that I know of except seeing that BGGY clue, so I am at a loss why you don't see the bridge moving when the correct red dot is pointed at by the switch.

Keep us posted. It puzzle me; unless the cutscene of it moving is gone from the program.
