Hi Marita,hope you are well and in the pink. Here's hoping you can help me with this game I have done everything as your walkthrough tells me BUT I cannot get the ladder to get the envelope from the ceiling in the English room, what do you think I have missed????

Hi Laurie,

Have you examined and measured the footprints:
On the right side of the stairs (examine all prints, Holmes comments)
In the Restoration room (2 sets)
Outside the Director's office (make sure Holmes mentions Velmont)

Look at the rug and glass ceiling in the Restoration room.
Examine all 4 rubber marks on the floor where the Fighting Temeraire was hung (English gallery). Look up at the note on the ceiling.

When you are using the magnifying glass, make sure to left-click so that Holmes comments on what he sees. Also when measuring prints, Holmes should confirm the shoe size, that way you know that you have measured correctly.

Hi Rushes, i have looked EVERY painting again measured every footprint, used the magnifying glass where I should I have done everything that I should but to no avail so if anyone can send a saved game it would be appreciated or I will have to give up oh well!!!
