Bermag I don't know what one you need but I had a bad experience with them not contacting me back for almost a week a couple months ago, when I neede help with a download I bought. But I did buy Sherlock and Ripper today cuz I figured out the problem on my own. Good Luck Trisha

I downloaded S Holmes -v- Ripper but did not download the 'downloader' first. I ended up with a .bin file of 943Mb which cannot be opened. Odd aswell because the game is advertised as a 1700Mb download.

Any idea how to go about downloading the 'downloader' as I cannot see on the website where I can do this? If I can get the downloader (as per BFG downloader) then it should download OK?

We encountered a email problem with our support email address which is redirected to technical support. The maximum quota was reached, and we extended our package withour email provider. I apologize for this issue.

Damon, Please help me when I started the installer it was in french and I know I clicked english on the downloader what is happening. Fellow boomers has anybody else had there game be in french after downloading please if so do you know what to do. I was just looking at the links in my email and the links on the web page under my account and both have the letters Fr at the end of each link. If there is a problem with your site I sure wish they would anwser and tell a person whats going on. I bought the english not the french I thought. Thank you Trisha

MaG, I am sorry I did not see your anwser in glitches. I just thought I would ask if anyone else had a problem with their game being in french.The only reason I wrote to Damon here about this game is because it looked like he was anwsering people's problems here. I know he gave me his email but he was talking about another game I had a problem with and told me to write and tell him if I had gotten it resolved. I am very truly sorry if I offended you. Trisha
