Can't seem to turn the lower red valve wheel inSIDE capsule, or pull the wall switch,airmask is on id'm breathing hard, potion is in the filter,entered capsule numbers 25754, and in basement, 6023, sound, lights o.k. both wall comfort switches and lights on.followed walk through, but missed something, what whas OR IS it. ?? please 'WILLIE'

Have you done this part, Willie:

Fuse: Go to the left side of the capsule and then look down at the base of the capsule.

Pull out the left holder. See that it is empty. Place the fuse in the holder and then close it.

Enter the capsule.
