I was just going to post on this same subject. Has the game been officially released? Amazon still lists it as a pre-order.

On the gotgame website there is a "Buy It" link which for me doesn't work, I could only found that it was released in Germany in 2008.

Butcher, Got Game has not released yet that is why the link does not work. I am just wondering where abby got hers, since we all are anxious for a release in English.

GamersGate says it will have the download Aug. 1st. Doesn't sound like the beginning of July...

The game is out in Europe (in Germany and other places, I think?)

If you don't know German, you can probably get some help from google's translator, I think.

Why is it that almost all adventure games are released first in Europe with german audio? For me it would make sense to release the English version first as it can reach out to a wider audience.

If the games were made in that country, I would think they would make it in their own language first, which is what they are doing.

I think adventure games have a fairly large following in Germany; the German devs. seem to have their hands full with making adventure games.

Italian made games sometimes are released in Germany before UK and the US, too.

Just preordered the game from Dave. 7/28.09 is the date.

Thanks Richard, i have a question, is anyone from the GameBoomers writing a review for this game? I'd like to at least read a review before deciding whether to buy or not, there is no English demo for this and my German and French is pretty much "Ja" and "Oui".
