I have been involved with the environmeter detecting activity in the 4 monitors. I cannot manage to click on the floating orbs in the bathroom (1st monitor)because the cursor doesn't reappear until the orbs disappear. I get the images in and out of the tub and small orbs floating quickly. Please help me because Nigel cannot receive Lucy's phone call until the orbs are clicked on and I am about to have a nervous breakdown.

Hi YaYa1,

Not all of the spots you see floating around are orbs - the orbs are huge, around 4 times the size of the other particles. They may take their time to float onto the screen, wait a while for them - when you left click on them, a boxed outline will appear around them so you know it is an orb.

luck Let us know if you still have problems.

I They appeared twice before with the bald headed lady but I am still having problems getting the orbs to appear. The figure appears in the tub and out of the tub and so do the small flitting orbs.

How bright is your monitor? It might be sort of blend with the background. The orbs are light and transparent.

Are you sure that the large orbs are supposed to appear at the same time as the figure in the bath? As I remember it, the large orbs appear on their own - the bath figure is a separate occurrence. I'd suggest checking the other monitors for activity and then see if anything new happens in the bathroom.
