I am having a problem getting the limo. I have spoken to Elsbeth and then to Jellinek who tells me she (Mercedes) is in Berlin.

I go to the hotel and try to call but the phone will not work.

It will not let me call Mercedes. (or anyone else either)

I am stumped as I have gone back over the steps 10 times to no avail.

Please advise.

Click the Mercedes in Berlin icon on the phone - after you picked it up or before (try both).
See if that works.

BTW...Sorry about putting the post in the wrong game. The thread did say Mata hari so I don't follow what happened there either.

When you talked to Jellinek about Mercedes being in Berlin, didn't a Mercedes icon go to the dialogue - inventory bar at the bottom?
Look - then use that on the phone after you picked it up (or before).

Yes it did appear. But when I go to use the phone it isn't there.

Might you have a saved game after that point?

Please check if the Mercedes icon appears in dialogue when you are holding the phone.

No it does not.

I only see it (The Icon) when her father gives it to me.

I replayed and made a saved game. I skipped some unnecessary things but you can go from there.
It's on the way.
