On August 18th, BigFish is changing the name of the online Community section to BigSea Games and of course you are all invited!  For more information You can read all about it here. On August 18, 2009, the Big Fish Game Community will become Big Sea Games. Bigger and better than ever, Big Sea Games will feature many of your favorite games, redone with larger graphics and new challenges as well as a host of other features. It is the same community you know and love, but with more features and more fun.
Big Sea Games will launch with many of your favorite Game Community titles including Unwell Mel, Fairway Solitaire and L.O.B.E. If you have played on the Big Fish Game Community, never fear - your tokens and game progress will be making the move to Big Sea Games.
If you are a Game Community subscriber, you will enjoy new benefits befitting your status in the Big Sea Games community - check your email or the FAQ to learn more!
When Big Sea Games launches, you will be able to create your own Sea-MeTM avatar, earn awards through in-game challenges, and hang out with your friends in our new forums. We will be sharing many of these new changes over the next few weeks.
Access to Big Sea Games will be limited to registered Big Fish Game Community players only. If you do not have a Big Fish Game Community account by August 18, 2009, you will have to submit your name to a waiting list.
So as not to cause any confusion, BigFish Games will still be BigFish Games, this is just for those of you who play their games in theor online community. Thanks for the headsup which2  Ana

How does one become a member of the community?
Isn't it enough to be able to post in the forums and play the games.

misslilo, some of us like to play Riddle of the day, L.O.B.E Slots etc. For those of us that do, the game community is a fun place to drop in and play a few minutes a day. If you wish to join just clock on the link I posted and click on Game Community and sign up. There are some fun games to play if you have never tried. Ana

The new community games are up and running at Big Fish and I love them. They are all free and I think will give Pogo a run for their money. They are now called BIG SEA games and you get to make your own personna... and that was fun.
Listening to the other players I only heard one complaint. So I hope the Big Fish Guy reads this. I promised them I'd try to get the word to him.
The players love to chat while playing, yet the game comments crowd the screen and they can't see the chats as well with all the other comments in the way. Maybe you could make chat in a different color than the game comments.
Other than that I've heard no complaints. I think I'll be spending a lot of time on Big Sea games.
Prices are going up everywhere except in our incomes.

I found one other complaint... the folks want Big Fish Slots back.
It was one of my favorites too.
Prices are going up everywhere except in our incomes.

BigFish Slot WILL be back - we just need to be patient. They are making it even better As for the chat - there's actually an option to remove the game comments, so only chat is shown. It's the last icon to the right next to where we type. People really need to look through things before starting to complain, lol.

Big Fish Slots will be back soon and several brand new titles.
You can eliminate the game chat so only people chat is shown.
It's the last icon to the right.

Thank you BFG-Guy! Yesterday was my first day there since the revamping and there was an awful lot to take in. I probably missed a lot. I'll look for the last icon to the right and also tell the others. I'll also spread the word about Big Fish Slot so everyone will be happy. The site looks great! The games are fun. Thank you for making it even better than it was (and for making it free so I can keep my casual game buying habit). I had trouble getting to the games.. they changed the link to: http://www.bigseagames.com (Link thingie wouldn't work for me either... having rough day!) I couldn't get to the games since I didn't see a forwarding link (I may have missed it) so I got the online tech and he gave me the new link.

I have to say that Big Fish/Big Sea Games as usual, is on the ball. I was finally able to log in today to the new site. After several emails back and forth, my username problem was solved and if I read the email correctly, others with the same problem will be able to play also. Big standing ovation  to Big Fish/Big Sea games!!
