Could someone send me a save that's just before Vic enters the charred door after the detective figures out the lock? I've gone through the walkthrough three times trying to find out what I missed and I can't get to that sequence for anything! Thanks.

I'm in the lab and trying to use the computer after talking to Hawker. According to the walkthrough I'm supposed to be able to check the printer for a clue. It won't let me check the printer even though I can see a piece of paper there. Went back through saves and won't let me progress. Any save would be helpful. Thanks!
