Greetings all, it's good to be gaming again! I'm having trouble with understanding what my actions are doing, made more difficult because I can't save my own game. I counted 9 trumpets, 10 notes on the scale at the top, a onyx stone, can't find the pink one, and grandmother is repeating herself. how do the colors factor in? where is the pink stone and will it take me back to paradise island? Is there more help there for this task? *OFF TOPIC* why would Judas' name be on the wall? sorry I just had to ask. TIA

Ok, I'll hang in, I'm not really feeling this gameplay though, I've started this game over seven times in 2 days and I see only an unopenable save file. I want to like this game.

Thanks Geo, saw that one midway up, it doesn't seem to match the video. went thru portal, thanks oldmariner. got clues there made changes w/ trum. when pressed the black rock gives me no sound, can't see a pink stone I can press down to check progress. I should mention that I running 7,on my laptop. maybe this is a prb but the graphics are much better. is there another pink stone to press to see if I have any notes right, should the black rock give me the cords to play? Hi Paul, should i go back to vista?

That is what you get, one save. It auto saves and overwrites it when exiting the game. You restart and it takes you back to where you left off. Annoying it is.

Hello Everybody:
O.K, having trouble with the Trumpets. This is the hardest spot of the game (I think). Here's what you do: Note: Following the Magic compass will help alot when you are down at the trumpet statues. It will guide you to the correct trumpet cluster, but won't tell you which trumpet statue to click on ( a trumpet cluster is made up of 3 trumpet statues - each statue plays a different duratuion of the same note.)
The pink crystal is located in the Crystal "TeePee". By clicking on the Black crystal, you will be able to see the correct notes in the tunnel. The pink crystal will show you what you have done - again have to go to the tunnel to see it.
Anyway, My advise is to write down the correct notes, then use that for reference. If having trouble, go to the top of the crystal Island, and head toward the Glass bubble control station (located near the black crystal) try your answer by clicking on the mini trumpet statue. If you are wrong (of course Axis will tell you that) go back down, to ground level, and follow the magic compass EXACTLY. You will still have to figure out which note duration to click on. You will have to probably try this numerous times to figure out which note duration (1/4, 1/2 , 1) is right for the correct song. Use the pink crystal (located in the TeePee) to see how you are doing - check the answer on the tunnel wall.
As for game saves. Yes, if you hit esc key, it will save the current game at the current spot, and bring you back to the mneu at the shuttle. You can click on the same game to bring you back to the previous spot, or start up a new game.
Paul
