Ok. I am an page 30 of Magtro's walkthrough, and the game isn't doing what it says it should.

It SAYS that I should go to the Oak Tree crossroad past the Field of the Fallen Soldiers. I did. Says I should talk to Luana. I did, and automatically asked her if she would show me the Path of the Dragon. She said "It is not yet time", and something like "Get to know your enemy". But in the WT, it says "Yes, now we know who the enemies are", and I guess she then tells me to "Look for a print near the water". But that doesn't happen, and I have no idea where any water even is! I'm supposed to "look down and see the stele of Lord Mircea XIII used as a bridge over the spring", but I can't find the spring.

I think I've done everything right up till now. I've read the WT up to this point, to see if I missed anything, and I don't think I did. So, any idea what I'm doing wrong? Please help!

A lot of gamers have been stumped here. Usually, they miss clicking all active items and reading them in Janos' room and your room. Some have missed things in the Clinic.
Usually it is a leaflet that is tucked in the file in the drawer in Janos' room.
Be sure to also read everything you collected in documents.
Go back and click everything there.
