Hi gm, I just got in from work Chelsea was at the news stand but went home. She was supposed to go on a date with Tex but he missed it The walkthrough says to go to her apartment to talk to her but it doen'st say where it is. I'll just keep looking maybe I will find it I will let you know thank you.

You won't be able to go to Chelsea's apartment until you see her place on the map. Check out David Wright's cabin first.

It's been many moons since I played this wonderful game, but am I safe in assuming that Chelsea's apartment doesn't appear on your travel map?

If you spoke to Chelsea at the newsstand and she agreed to go out on a date with you, have you followed up on other leads because maybe it's not yet time to meet her.
