First - Read the letter written in green ink and the station manual from the dark ticket counter.
You have to do that first before you read the clipboards.
This will tell you the numbers to look for.
Then see at top left of the clipboards are numbers - some are erased or covered.
That is why you need to read 3 clipboards - so that you can find out the whole set-sequence of the station number.
Then you check the numbers on the work list below (the one on mail something at bottom left row). That is the number of the stationamster.
Once you have those 2 set of numbers; then do the dial.
Turn a number to be under the arrow at top, press enter button, then next number, press enter and so on....
