Hi, I'm on page 7 of MaGtRo's walkthrough, and talking to Johnny. The problem is, I don't have the option to ask for the metal detector. I've already asked for (and gotten) the battery. But how do I trigger the option to ask for the metal detector? Thanks for any help anyone can give!

Be sure that you have read the book about El Toro found in the book basket at the resort office completely. it mentions the metal detector.

Be sure that you also have the shovel and the scuba gear.

One time this happened to me, and I did have the shovel and scuba gear and read the book...if you have done the stuff MaG said and Nancy still won't ask Johnny, my advice is to go to Shark cove as if ready to treasure hunt and see if Nancy will make a comment (usually it's something to the effect of "I need a metal detector.")

Hi I seem to be having trouble with GPS,Ihave entered all the right lat/long but when I go to Johnny to give him GPS it wont let me.I have tried it 3 times .....help please...

Hi Aram,

Double check that you have entered the co-ordinates for Half Moon Bay which was already on the chart. That's the one that trips most folk up.
