This isn't a review or anything - just an offered opinion and a thanks to BrownEyedTigre for her recommending the game to me "Drawn : The Painted Tower" I don't as a rule play Casual games or Hidden Object Games. I quickly get bored and also feel as though I will definitely suffer eye strain if I continue !! However, this is the first one I have played where, at about the halfway stage, I can say I am still enjoying it as much as I was when I started !! Because, I guess, the way the story is told is quite unusual, there is no pressure to solve any puzzles (so far anyway ) and it offers very decent graphics. So there ya go !! Just wanted to share my appreciation of this little gem And - as a bonus - I didn't have to download it .... I was able to buy a retail version

I so agree with you Mad. I got to beta test Drawn and could not wait until I could get the whole game. To me it is like interactive Disney or something. It is one of my very favorite BFG games!

Hi Mad, I agree with you, I am also not a big fan of casual, but there are a few like this one, that hit the mark, with the story and the method of play and the puzzles, this took me by surprise also, and loved it... I loved the creativity that made the puzzles more fun, I do alot of different artistic type stuff outside of the adventure games, so loved the way that was included in this game, the pictures that came to life, really was the spark of creativity for me that made this a Creative Genius! I got the game based on all of your rave reviews. I don't like casual games either, and thought I'd give it a try. It was so good! Unfortunately, I finished it already I hope they make another one.

I found the game at Amazon as Ana stated but I went to Ebay and found it a little cheaper. I downloaded the trail version and got hooked but wanted a walkthrough just in case I got stuck...I found one and would you believe it is 84 pages long. I have it on my desk top to refer to in case I need it but I was suprised to see such a big walkthrough for such a little game.

There's a walkthrough for it on BigFish, too. That's where I went to get the info.

I too bought this game (from Amazon UK) after reading this forum. I haven't finished it yet but I'm just as entranced by it as everyone else is. Thanks for the recommendation.
