I had a computer problem and I have lost all my email addresses and all my favourites including my puzzle sources. If someone knows how to find lost material, please let me know.
  Thanks.

When I told my doctor I couldn't afford an operation, he offered to touch-up my X-rays.

Did you try posting to the folks at the Tech Support section? I know they can help with more than just game bugs or maybe suggest another resource for you.

Remi - how much of a problem was it? Did you have to re-format the disk, or is it just the address book and favourites that have gone missing?
If you didn't have to reforamt, have you tried doing a search (using Windows Explorer) on your C drive for "*.wab" (without the quotes), in case it's got moved somewhere.
Also, would be worth trying a post on the "Glitches, Bugs and Patches" forum, but they'll neeed to know in some detail what the "problems" were
  Good luck,
  Rog

My condolences. I once lost my list of addresses too. Was terrible. Good luck with getting them all back. Sigh.

PS - just had a thought.
If it's only your favourites and address book that's gone, it sounds like you might have had to create a new user (log-on) identity, which gives you empty favourites and address book files. If tha's the case, the old ones may still be lurking round and could be copied into your new ID...

Thanks all. As soon as my nephew is better I will show him your responses. He will know what to do.

Rog is correct Remi. If your old profile is still on the hard drive then your address book and favorites will be there also.
What operating system do you have?

Curly, I will combine the 2 threads you started here and the one moved to Glitches forum. Hope you get the problem solved. Also check the tech advise; you might be able to do it on your own.
