I am afraid your coupon might have expired by now. I got my email from them about 2 months back I believe and I know there was an expiration date - I think in March. Recheck your email to see if you waited too long. If not, contact Play First or BFG to see if you can get it corrected. Even the free coupons from BFG have an expiration date.

 Got an e-mail from them yesterday, as well, for free coupon, good for two weeks. Have not tried it yet.... EDIT: Just tried it and it was a no-go. Will email them, as well.

I just used mine and it worked fine. I got it via postcard and it did have an expiration date, but I was within the time frame.

Hi everyone, It turned out they sent me an old coupon which I have already used in January. Next day I received the new free coupon. Really wonderful people at Big Fish!

How did you get the $2.99 Deal @ Playfirst? I just went to the site and it states all games are now just $6.99. Did you have a membership w/them or something? Enquiring minds, ya know....

I never got a 2nd coupon but if you were ever a member at Play First you were automatically given one coupon for any BFG game to cost only $2.99
Great deal!! I wouldn't have minded receiving another one but I can't be greedy, lol.

Did everyone get something like this? I've been a big fish customer for over 2 years and didn't even know anything about Playfirst joining them let alone get a coupon. Weird. Maybe I've been on a different planet lately? LOL
