I won the throwing coconuts game from the monkey and yet I do not see the compass as a prize.I see a guava,pink flower and rock.I won again and I saw the guava,pink flower and eyepatch.How many times I gotta do this before I can receive the compass as a prize?I am getting tired of the monkeys laughing at me.

Nancy, to elaborate on what Lise advised:

Hopefully Johnny has already asked you to find the compass for him. If not - Johnny wants his compass in exchange for the loan of his metal detector. So (if you haven't already done so) be sure to have read the decoded page of the journal which mentions the Caridad wreck, and also the book in the basket by the sofa back at the resort. That triggers the conversation.

Johnny mentions that the notch-eared monkey has his compass, so read Sonny Joon's notes which mention the notch-eared monkey, and which game it plays. It's the coconut game at far left.

Once you have that information, you only need to win the coconut game once for the compass to be offered as a prize.

Read the book about the monkeys again and then play the coconut game. That might get you through.
