Hi

Is this final episode of the game still only available as a download ??
I've been hoping and waiting for a disk release but haven't been able to find one so far

I have found that I can download it and then copy it to a disk - but I suppose "restrictions" would still apply in that I would have to activate on line each time I might want to play or re-play it ??

If you download from Adventure Shop:

No - you do not need to activate everytime you play.

You activate only after you install and start the game the first time. This placed-marked the activation code in your computer's registry.

You can copy it to a CD and play it from there as long as the activation code is in the same computer and you have not erased it. You can't use the CD on another computer that doesn't have the activation code in the registry.

If you do - just redownload and activate again in a new computer.

I was about to ask the question that you just answered because I so want to be able to play the game w/o reactavation each time. I have never copied to cd but I am willing to give it ago. Thanks so much for that mmuch needed info.

Runaway 3 can be bought at Sendit.com for pre-order (release May 7) for 17.89 GBP with free shipping to UK.

I've pre-ordered it myself and have never had any problems with purchases from this site. (I'm in the US and have had to pay a small shipping fee.) :spring:

Sharon. I have dial-up service so the downloads are too slow for me. I played the first two Runaway games so I can't wait to get ahold of the third game.
