How do I buy the 2.99 game of the day? It won't let me purchase or download. Please help

Everythings good now. I've been a member for years, just never moved to the right hand side. I can't even get past the first screen on the Explorer game. Now I know why I didn't buy it long ago. I love the other game. TOMORROWS game today. Some games like the 2.99 game are too hard to see. I love them all however. Thanks again for the help
