In the early stages of playing this.
I've been up to 22nd floor (Lorenzo's room)and done the tasks there.
Down to 21st floor library but the ornate door won't open. Says I need a keycard to get in????
No mention of this in walkthrough (MaG).
Any suggestions anyone???????

Maybe you have not finished talking to Nolent or doing other things yet.
Nolent will be inside the first time and then you can enter later.
Check the 2 walkthroughs to see what you might have missed.
When that happens to me - I talk to everyone again.

The mention of a keycard is a bluff - you'll never get one for the library. You'll only ever be able to access the library while Nolent is inside. He's obviously elsewhere in the hotel, so you'll need to go away and do other things, as MaG says, and return later to see if you can get in.

I'm on my way again.
Had a walk round talking to a few "suspects" when I could find someone to talk to!
Went back up to library and got in to talk to Nolent at desk.

Remember that you can see the exact current location of all characters in the game by clicking on their icon in the character database.
