I am playing the updated version of Anacapri, the Dream. Have played the game before on my older ver... Sorry, I hit the wrong key. I have played the tile puzzle before on my older version. This time, I can't get the directional arrows to move the tiles. I have checked and I have visited all 14 of the tiles in their places. Have tried the skip photo but no cross shows up on the nail for the hanging of the picture. Clicking the nail does nothing. Have gone over this so many times that I am about to give up. Is there a glitch in the game? Thanks for any help. Mel22odie

Hi Mel22odie,
Try going back to Reality and examining the relating framed tiles there in close-up if you can. See if that helps the puzzle become active.

I did that once but will do again, Rush. Mel22odie
I tried going back to reality and checking the "S" tile puzzle. It didn't work. I just get that sound that means its wrong when I try to move the tiles. I know that there is another tile puzzle coming up but I can't get to it. Guess I'll have to uninstall the game (have gotten pretty far but can't go any further). I wonder if there is an update to the update. There were some for the older game. Can't write to the maker for I can't find address. Thanks just the same. I'll wait awhile, just in case someone has had this happened to them and they got through it. Thanks, Mel22odie

Mel, Does the solution in the walkthrough not help you? It should be the same. You cannot move a tile if another tile is blocking the way. The sound comes out if the move is not possible. Maybe the other tile is not in position - an edge might be hanging out. As for the address of the developer - try here: http://www.caprisaga.com/contacts.htmlI also flagged the developer. Let's wait.

Thanks MaG. I can't move the tiles. Yes, I follow your walkthrough. I know that I have seen all 14 tiles for I went through it 3 times. Even if there is plenty of room, you can't move the tiles. (the cutout doesn't work either, No cross appears on the hook of the painting), Sometime, way back, I saw that you were helping someone with the same problem. It finally ended by your sending an email to them. Apparently, nothing was working for them. I did do this puzzle with my old copy of the game. Thanks, for the address. Mel22odie
----------------------- That is so kind of you, Gey, I love these games and have played them before with my older copy. Now (playing the latest updated game) I am trying to solve the "S" tile puzzle at Fort Pino. I can't get the arrows to move the tiles. Has anyone else had this problem? I even tried the cutout (8663) but the cross did not show up. I clicked the nail, but it didn't work. Thank you, Mel22odie
