The Her Interactive forum is loaded with teen girls. The games are quite popular with them. Ana

Hi, cassadaga! The only Nancy Drew game I really disliked was "Ransom of the Seven Ships", although the twist at the end almost made it worthwhile ! Like you, I'm not thrilled that a lot of time in the newer games is taken up with chores and making meals instead of snooping around, but I still look forward to the next release. You might want to give "Warnings At Waverly Academy" a try because that was a good game but, based on your comments, you may not like "Trail of the Twister". Susan

i haven't played secrets can kill just yet. Although i have played more than half of the Nancy Drew's i'm pretty sure the one with most action is going to have to be warnings at Waverly academy because of the ending with Corine and the swinging axe and because of all the sneaking and making snacks although the Ransom of the seven Ships with the swimming driving monkeys. All of them are pretty actiony (not a real word but who cares.)I am about to start on the secret of old clock any comments on that game would be nice i want to know what kind of things are in store for me and younger ladies like me are most likey to like stuff like nancy drew not the really young kids. btw im 17

Just installed it and looks pretty good. I haven't played the first one in a few years so this one is pretty new to me. Richard

Hi, ramona! I played the original a few years ago, but didn't remember much about it (I now know why it was so forgettable ) so I was really looking forward to playing the remastered version. There are no chores to perform, very few puzzles to solve, and it only took me about 6 hours to play. I've played casual games that I downloaded from BFG for $6.99 that lasted longer than that and were much more enjoyable. The graphics were excellent, there are 3 locations to explore, 5 characters you can interact with and you're also treated to the annoying background music from "Phantom of Venice" when Nancy was dancing. I realized the chores that were added in the later games is what extended the gameplay. I was disappointed, but I'm sure there are lots of other gamers who enjoyed it. "Ransom of the Seven Ships" was previously my least favorite Nancy Drew game, but it just got bumped up a notch ! Susan

Hi, SuMac! You'll be relieved to know that "Barnacle Blast" is strictly optional and you don't have to win or even play it to finish the game. As for any other surprises, you'll just have to wait and see ! Susan

Hi, Becky! ! I think the farthest I got was Level 6 or 7, but I found the mini games in some of the other Nancy Drew games to be much more enjoyable. Susan
