I've now got to page 22, using the camcorder in the dark part of crypt, go right at first intersection, but can't enter Agers tomb or see Nathanial's skeleton, what am I doing wrong?

Did you solve the puzzle on the wall panels opposite? That will open the door to the tomb for you.

If you've already opened the door, is the black mist still there? If that's the case, you need to replay the organ music puzzle.

Still stuck on page 22, this time I can't get a picture of the crypt symbol and can't find Mr Tibbs, where is he please?

Have you successfully removed the black mist?
If so, the symbol you need to take a pic of is right on the back wall behind the skeleton.

I don't think Mr Tibbs will appear until you've taken the picture.

I've progressed to page 23 'Enter the Mine', tried to go to the mine but I'm told 'I had better not disturb anybody', how do I get to the mine please?

Be sure that you learned from the Professor that there are mines here in the woods.
Then you should have finished the symbols puzzle.
You then look for the mines.
At millstone #2, take the path going to the bottom of the screen.
