This got a fabulous review - I have been waiting to try it  and now it is downloaded! I must say that I love how many developers are putting in skip buttons now! Sometimes I just get tired of trying

Playing the demo and getting pretty frustrated... I need to find a detonator. First of all I have no clue what one looks like, but I've clicked on everything possible. When I click on HINT all it does is tell me "you need to find a detonator" wow... that's a BIG help. About ready to quit.
IMHO hints should be hints.
Prices are going up everywhere except in our incomes.

I glanced at the WT and discovered that there are a few other things you have to do first.... but the game made me think.... by saying I had to find the detonator.... that I had to find that first.
Very confusing. Not sure this game is for me. I'll continue with the demo though. The hint should have said "there is nothing more to do here, right now" and I would have known to leave that area and search in other areas and complete other puzzles first.
Prices are going up everywhere except in our incomes.

Tammy, I can see on the first screenshot in the walkthrough there is a fullscreen button. Uncheck it and see if that helps. Ana

I'm up to chapter 9 and I'm having trouble. Okay I put the wheel on the left control, and I put the lock on the door. I'm stuck there cause it keeps saying "Raise The Stone Gate" did I do something wrong? Here's a screen shot Stone Gate

The walkthrough has what I presume are the 5 clamps marked by yellow squares - here.I see them in your screenshot.

I've played Lizzie, but the only thing I can offer is that you either need to go somewhere else for another search or else CLICK on the stone lock.
Jody (who played and finished and has old mind which forgets quickly)OOPS another thought. Is there anything in you inventory like things to put on the blocks in front of the door...things like candellabra (sp), and other things that you need to push down the little blocks in front of the door...????
