Since you all finally can play Tale of a Hero, I'm going to use you all as a perfect proof to settle an acient dispute.

At one place, in the first chapter, you'll be barked on (I'm not spoiling anything as it's only a sound effect and I'm deliberately not telling what actually barks at you). Now, as you for sure have dogs at home, is the dog barking at you threatening or playful?

Please respond to this thread with "playful" or "threatening" word and we'll finally bury our weapons with Tol.

Now I'll have to play it just to hear that.

PS. and yes. Growl is more exact term. I just couldn't remember the word.

I'm sure it wasn't playful metamorphium ,more like

Well there is no OFFICIAL english version (probably never will be) but there is a localization patch now which will turn any version with English voices (eg. Italian, Spanish or French version) of this game into full English version.

I see the patch is a zip file. After unzipping does it automatically chose the game file to send the files and rewrite? Whats involved?

it´s not automatic. Just unzip the files in zip archive into the directory with installed game and rewrite all original files

Yes, it will rewrite the original files, you just need to allow it- it will probably ask you whether you want to overwrite the files, click Yes or Yes to all (depends on what software you use for unziping).
