Do you have the trapful of mice in your inventory now? Drive out to the springhouse, walk up the path there and you should be able to click the trap on a hotspot there and release the mice.

The path is the walkway to the springhouse or cellar.
Click the trap anywhere there and see if Nancy releases the mice.

As for the TV:

Arrange the center patterns to match the color pattern at the corners.

Turn the knobs under the yellow switch at right to rotate the rings of the big circle.

Do the all the rings for red first. When correctly done, the red pattern at top left is grayed out.

Do the green next and then the blue. The corner circles will be grayed out when done correctly.

If the trap is completely full, then Nancy should say something, make sure every circle in the trap has a mouse on it. I programmed my GPS to get the to Spring house, do that to make sure you're going to the correct spot. Once you get there, click on the mousetrap from your inventory,and it should glow red once you hover it over the opening at the bottom of the door at the spring house.
