I'm playing Nancy Drew: Shadow at the Water's Edge, and I'm at the part where I have to fix the portrait that fell by connecting the wires. I have the walk through, but the pictures on there are so hard to understand. Can someone please help me get past this part of the game? I would greatly appreciate it.

welcome PurpleFlorida,

The puzzle is to get all the wires NOT be overlapped by another wire. They are all connected already.

Stretch the wires so that you can see the overlapping areas. Move them to areas so that they are clear.

We also have saved game here - if you are following the walkthrough.

Could you please send me a saved game of the completed bento boxes? I can't figure them out.

could you now please send me the saved game for the password, where you have to match the picture to the colored balls on the computer monitor to get to the avatars?

Hi Purple,

MaG's walkthrough has a screenshot of where to place the appropriate shape:

Hi Purple, I merged your two threads for this game. It helps us if you stay with one thread per game so that we can follow your gameplay.

A save's on the way.

Okay, so I'm past that part, but now when I have to go back to room #33 from #39, and try to go down to the secret baths, my cursor isnt turning red when I try to click on the picture of the wooden bird. Can I have another saved game please?

I don't think you need to click on the picture again. Go straight to the entry door of the secret passage and click on that instead and it should open for you.

All you have to do is copy the solution from the picture in the walkthrough. Good luck.
