I'm using Win 7. Does anyone know where saved games are kept?

I don't know Win7 but do a search and see if it will show up. Also check My Documents folder or C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\RTMI2\Saves where the XPs has them.
Keep us posted.

Hi dottie,

Collecting the termites is optional, as are all the foodstuffs. As long as you have enough food of whatever kind to keep Mina and Jep's bars in the green, you'll be ok.

As for the pointed stick, double check the area where it was originally located, perhaps you missed picking it up first time around.

You'll need to be playing as Jep in order to do this.

It's located in the area just before you descend down the steep path to the beach (where the lasers in the sides of the wall are). So search the grassy area before that as Jep, and hopefully you should find it.

I did have the pointed stick before. I lost it somewhere or maybe Jep ate it. Anywhere to get another?

Not that I know of. Did you double check all tabs of your inventory in case it ended up on a different page? Also check your holding area in case it's hidden there. Otherwise, as I say, it isn't vital to collect the termites, there's plenty of other food around. luck

I believe you need the termites to help heal Nina's leg.

It's the carnivorous ants that heal Mina (ick!). The termites are quite later in the game. smile

Sorry about that. It's been quite a while since I've played the game.
