I thought i would post here before calling Netflix. Not had problems UNTIL last couple days. After logging in it takes forever for next part to load..then comes up blank. I just wonder if anyone else has had this or if you have had this happen and if so why and how to fix...i have no problems with other sites.

Are you talking about the netflix.com website? Or are you streaming a movie? I just went there and the main page loaded fully in less than a second. I don't have an account there any more, so I couldn't try logging in.

Your connection speed may have throttled down - Peruse to Speedtest.net and see what your reported speed is.

If it’s lower than what you’re supposed to be connected at, unplug your router for 30 seconds or so and then power it back up. It should renegotiate to it’s highest speed

no-not trying to watch movie...just see the main page& selections, etc

Ah - try and ping the site and see what the response time is. Start a Command Prompt and enter “PING www.netflix.com” (without the quotes).

Mine takes 41 milliseconds. If you get timeouts, it's your ISP's problem.
