Not the radio. Take a closer look at the handwritten note that's attached to the case document, that might give you a clue.

The love letter is on the table in the women's dressing room. If you can't pick it up then you haven't talked to Heather thoroughly enough yet.

Me again I'm trying to open the traps in the hell color puzzle. I opened the pink one but I'm having trouble with the other two. I don't have a yellow pattern so I can't combine a yellow with the red to get orange. I have a green one but inputting that one doesn't open the green trap. What am I missing???

The companion guide doesn't seem to specify exactly where the yellow pattern can be picked up, so here's the coding:



As for green, you have to combine the blue and yellow symbols you've found, and then take that resulting symbol and combine it with green to make the final product green.
