Hey, Jenny, sounds like what I'm about to do. It's a fun game so far with nice, bright graphics. And, I deliberately over-click just because what happens makes me laugh.

I played this developer's first game, Hidden in Time: Mirror Mirror about 2 years ago; that was mostly a straight HOG. It sounds like they have made this game a lot more interactive. smile

I'm not sure if anyone has had this problem. When I got to the train station I noticed that I had one less tin can than I should have. I thought, perhaps, that I had missed one somewhere along the way, so I started the game over. Well, the same thing happened again. I started over yet again and this time I made sure that I had the can in every HO scene. Again, as soon as I got to the train station, it says I have one less than what I should have. There were no other HO scenes that I could have missed. I checked the walkthrough and I'm right on track in the game. It's not an important aspect to the game for me, just very irritating. mad

Happy Mother's Day to the Mom's out there!

My husband and I, plus some very talented contract artists, are the developers of HiT: Looking-glass Lane. Thanks so much for your comments about the game. My Mom's Day was made when I read that the game brought laughter to players. Bringing joy (and challenge) to players = success at Monkey Barrel Games!

We're off with our 3 daughters for a family walk. We'll be checking back later today to read all your comments.

Cheers and enjoy!

Tina & Erik of Monkey Barrel Games

Just played about a half hour of the demo, a definite keeper! Love the game, the tin cans are a cute addition. Thanks for a great game!

Hi Sherlock,

I just got to the train station and it said I had 6/7 tins, but I know where I missed mine, it was in the observatory, being occupied with the Time Machine piece, and the Engagement Announcement puzzle, I didn't even think about the can.

Are you sure you got that one, because there were a few distractions.

I just found out why it shows 6/7 when you put your sights on the can at the train station, that can is #7, so when you shoot it, you then have 7/7.

So, I didn't miss any at all and you probably didn't either.

Hi
Great Game rah - I completely enjoyed the story, the HOG parts were good - some things were very well hidden (in plain sight), the train mini games were great and some were pretty tough and the graphics were crisp and clear. I haven't tried to replay in the mirror mode yet.

Hi Flo! When I shot the can at the train station it said 6/7. And, yes, at first I thought I must have missed one, which is why I started the game over. When I got to the train station again and shot the can, it again said that I had 6/7. In the previous scene it said I had 6/6 so I was confused and started over again. This time, when I got to the station and it again told me I had 6/7 after shooting the one at the station, I exited the game. Interestingly enough, when I started to play again later, because your progress isn't saved for that scene, when I shot the can it said I had 7/7! So, now I'm on track. happydance

That's good that it worked out in the end.

I can confirm Sherlock’s can count glitch. I went from 6/6 at the observatory to 6/7 when I shot the can at the train station. I’ve replayed 3 times and the same thing happened every time. This is also being report by others over at the BFG forums and that the train station isn’t the only place it happens.
