Der Mönchengladbacher Games-Publisher astragon Software GmbH gibt heute offiziell den Abschluss eines Publishing-Abkommens mit dem Frankfurter Entwickler-Studio Deck13 Interactive GmbH für das Adventure-Projekt Jack Keane II bekannt.
Das Team von Deck 13, welches den Titel entwickeln wird, zeichnete in der Vergangenheit bereits für Genre-Erfolge wie Jack Keane, die Ankh – Reihe sowie das im vergangenen Jahr bereits über astragon veröffentlichte Grusel-Adventure Black Sails – Das Geisterschiff verantwortlich.
Das neue Abenteuer des cleveren wie unerschrockenen Protagonisten Jack Keane wird erneut als klassisches Point & Click-Adventure konzipiert sein, der Release des Titels Jack Keane II ist für 2012 vorgesehen.

astragon Deck13 and sign publishing agreements
The Moenchengladbach based games publisher astragon Software GmbH today officially announced a publishing agreement with Frankfurt Developer Studio Deck13 Interactive GmbH for the Project Adventure Jack Keane II.
The team of Deck 13, which is developing the title, awarded in the past for genre hits such as Jack Keane, the Ankh - The ghost ship, responsible - and the series last year, already published astragon horror adventure Black Sails.
The new adventures of the intrepid protagonists clever as Jack Keane is again a classic point & click adventure to be conceived, the release of the title, Jack Keane II is planned for 2012.

This is great news!  I always thought Jack Keane would be the kind of game that would lend itself well to a sequel. Looking forward to it! Thanks, Neon!  (I also hope we eventually get to play Haunted and Black Sails. Both look like great games.  )
