I've got a little way into the game (again!) & have come across a ' Cougar Runtime error V4' which I now know has been a problem for lot's of players & there doesn't seem to be a fix. I would be so grateful for a bunch of saved games for it - I would like to get through it in some capacity or other! I have come up against the error shortly after meeting the man on the London Eye, getting back to the loft & trying to 'research' on Mike's computer. I'm playing on windows 7.

Help! I've managed to get through quite a lot of the game but have come across the runtime error again in the Paris Catacombs. Please has anyone got some save games from the beginning of arriving in Paris - I will PM my email address. I'm playing on Windows 7.

Thank you so much Rushes - you're a life-saver! Sometimes restarting the game seems to get over the runtime error but I had got so engrossed, I had been playing for hours before it crashed & forgot to save at any time so got thrown back a long way on my last save!

I am not understanding this.
After installation, do you not see the main menu?
What do you see on the screen?

Well i double-click the game's icon from my desktop and it shows me like menu but whith some buttons that send me to the game's homepage on the Internet.I can't find the play button if i can say so.I can't start it.

Go to the installed game folder in your disk drive.
Look for the application file.
Right click that application file and then select "send to desktop". It should make a short cut for you.
Then use that to open the game.

Or instead - double click or "open" that application file and play the game from that icon. Good luck.

I would recommend a uninstall-reinstall.
Be sure to install the included DirectX.
Also I do not see the 15 Days application (cougar time).
I see only the launcher and not the app at all.
Is this a download or a disk install?
Also check with the publisher.

I still have some 15 Days saved game files when I played it.
You have to tell us what part of the game you need a saved game for; then we will see if we have what you need. We then e-mail it to you.

Also please use the edit text button at bottom right of the post frame to add more info to your recent post when no one has posted after you.

Hi abo54, I had a lot of problems with this game which was otherwise so good! I managed to get over the glitch with the cell door by pressing ESC immediately after getting there - I don't know whether it will work for you - but worth trying first!
