i am in chapter 5 in the house of glass. i have a video w/t but i can't get down from the green door. i oprn the green door go inside and he likes goes though the floor but i can't find the hole, i can;t press the handle in the room i just opned maybe someone got a saved game so i can move on. please thanks

Greatsmitty -- something similar happened to someone in my family who played the game. He went back to a previously saved game, and then was able to interact with things when he got back to that point.
