I received email stating my game was mailed 2/18, still has not arrived. This is my first time to order directly from MDNA. How long does it usually take to receive games from this company?

MDNA is based in Sweden. One member in the US that got the notification on the 18th got her game on the 25th. If you think it is lost contact the developer or check at the Post Office.

Thank you for your response. The game is not at the post office. I will wait another day or two and then try to contact MDNA.

kazzmo: Just a note, I've bought all of the MDNA games, most directly from them, and they are extremely reliable and very nice. So, don't worry!

Does anyone know how to contact MDNA Games? All can find are sites to order their games, which I certainly do not want to do again.

BeaSong, I love their games too. That is why placed my order. I was fully prepared to wait a week, but my goodness it has been twelve days and I am still waiting. Maybe day 13 will be lucky for me. Do not ever let anyone tell you 13 is not a lucky number. Postal service came through again. Amber's Blood made it through all obstacles and arrived in perfect condition, packaging was not so lucky. It is a good thing that MDNA packages their games so well because this game packaging had a rough time. Alls well that ends well. Now to let Skyrim rest awhile and play Amber's Blood.

Mikael, Your company has no control over the postal service. You and your company are terrific and so are your games, please keep them coming! CountZero, You are so right about MDNA and Mikael. My frustration is not aimed at them. I order a lot of games and game related materials and just seems that lately my experience with the postal service has simply gone down hill. My little granddaughter told me to "cheer up Grandma, it could be worse". I tell her that when she is unhappy, so I guess I better cheer up and play Amber's Blood.
